Facilities/Directions
The Marcovich Wellness Center is a 115,000-square-foot building built in 2003 that includes a field house with indoor track capable of hosting NCAA meets. Also includes fitness room, weight room, racquetball courts, climbing wall, classrooms and offices. The competition floor can handle an indoor track meet or be configured for multiple volleyball or basketball courts, or an indoor soccer field. This area also is available for team conditioning and practices during inclement weather. The center includes the renovated Gates Physical Education Building with gymnasium for Yellowjacket basketball and volleyball teams as well as a swimming pool, dance studio, classrooms, computer lab, and state-of-the-art exercise physiology lab.

Superior is located in northwestern Wisconsin at the western tip of Lake Superior. The main campus entrance is located at Belknap Street (U.S. Highway 2) and Catlin Avenue.

From Wisconsin:
If you're driving from the south, take U.S. Highway 53. If coming from the east, use U.S. Highway 2.
Both highways junction east of Superior. Follow them into the city until you reach the traffic signal for Belknap Street, where U.S. Highway 2 turns left.
Follow U.S. 2/Belknap Street for approximately three-quarters mile and you will see UW-Superior on your left.
Turn left at the stoplight onto Catlin Avenue and enter campus. Campus Welcome Center and parking lots are on your right.
From Minnesota:
Coming from the north
Follow U.S. Highway 53 into Duluth, across the Blatnik Bridge and into Superior until you reach the stoplight at Belknap Street/U.S. Highway 2.
U.S. Highway 2 turns to your right. Follow it for approximately three-quarters mile and you will see UW-Superior on your left.
Turn left at the stoplight onto Catlin Avenue and enter campus. Campus Welcome Center and parking lots are on your right.
Coming from the west
Follow U.S. Highway 2 until it junctions with Interstate 35 near Duluth.
Follow U.S. Highway 2/I-35 into Duluth, then follow U.S. Highway 2 across the Bong Bridge and into Superior.
Follow U.S. Highway 2 through Superior. At the stoplight for Catlin Avenue, turn right and enter campus. Campus Welcome Center and parking lots are on your right.
Coming from the south
Follow Interstate 35 to Duluth.
Exit onto U.S. Highway 2 and follow it across the Bong Bridge into Superior.
Follow U.S. Highway 2 through Superior until you reach the stoplight for Catlin Avenue. Turn right and enter campus. Campus Welcome Center and parking lots are on your right.
By Air:
Scheduled airline service is available to Duluth International Airport in neighboring Duluth, Minnesota. Taxi cabs and rental cars are available at the airport.
By Bus:
Greyhound Bus Lines serves neighboring Duluth, Minnesota. The terminal is a short taxi ride from campus.
